A. This year’s Winners will be announced at the Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards Gala during Fierce Pharma Week on September 10, 2025.  Tickets for the gala can be purchased as an add-on when registering for Fierce Pharma Week.

A. Yes. You may submit the same campaign to multiple categories or submit multiple campaigns to the same category. There is no limit to how many applications your company can submit.

A. Each application will be reviewed by the judges against the set of criteria outlined above, which are designed to evaluate each entry’s creativeness and effectiveness.

A. You can pay for your application using a credit card at the time of submission. Submissions must be paid for by the submission deadline in order to be reviewed by judges.

A. It is mandatory for your application to include your company name, company website, campaign name, company overview, campaign description, campaign results, and your company logo. If you are an agency filing on behalf of a life science client, please note both parties in the application. Please submit at least one visual element per entry. Photos, video compilations, case study proofs and PowerPoint presentations are all encouraged as compelling ways to make your entry stand out.

A. Please provide the following formats only for company logos: eps, jpg, png or psd. For other supporting information, we accept PDFs, video attachments may be hosted on a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo and website URLs to the publicly accessible campaign or the active URL of a landing page.

A. Yes, we are accepting applications from anywhere in the world.

A. The cost to submit a single application starts at around $300

A. Any company that has run a marketing campaign between June 2024-June 2025 in the life sciences industry is welcome to apply. Each entry will be scored based on the ability of the applicant to demonstrate the following criteria: creativity, strategy, audience impact, social good, true innovation, and effectiveness. Descriptions of each specific category can be found on the Categories & Scoring page.

A. No, however, some of the judges’ comments will be featured in the special report written about the finalists and winners.
